Something went wrong?
Tell us what happened and what you expected. Include your device model, iOS version, game version, and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help.
Need help with a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in the game's settings for eligible purchases. If something is still missing, email us the item name and purchase date. Never send your Apple password, verification code, or payment card details.
Manage a subscription
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select the game to review or cancel an active subscription. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
